When you decide to partner with API, you will align yourself and your project with a team of professionals. Your brand will have a dedicated Account Manager, Project Manager, Estimator, Drafter, and Spec & Design Manager. In addition to your personal team, you will receive priority treatment from all other departments and staff members such as production, fabrication, quality control, and shipping.

Your brand will have access to all of our in house services such as estimating, CAD, engineering, spec & design assistance, schedule monitoring, value engineering reviews, and more. We will monitor your schedules and track critical dates such as turnover and store opening. If we have concerns with lead times or project dates, we will notify you immediately. When plans are received, API will perform a complete materials take-off (including material requirements and pricing) immediately. Depending on the partnership level, API will stock your materials and have them on the shelf ready to ship when you need them.
