At American Products, Inc. (API), we manufacture architectural metal products locally from our facilities in Oldsmar, Fl. These products include, but are not limited to the following: Storefronts, Doors, Canopies, Sunshades, ACM panel systems, Brake metal, Awnings, Roof screens, and handrails.

Some of the largest national chains in the country are our customers, Chipotle, Outback, Lululemon, Warby Parker, Panera, Wawa, Forever 21, H&M, Gap, Old Navy, Athleta, etc. as well as architects, general contractors and subcontractors located nationally throughout the US

Seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for all areas of warehouse maintenance, product storage and the management of warehouse employees. You will help oversee areas of the warehouse operations such as, metal fabrication, shipping/receiving, powder coating, assembly, and more. You will provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices.

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

• Must be a hands-on manager and help out in areas as needed.
• Ability to establish, promote, and maintain the company’s high standards of customer service.
• Assure companies policies are maintained for health and safety compliance.
• Observe and monitor quality of product handling.
• Observe and monitor daily warehouse activities.
• Involved in training new warehouse personnel.
• Provide dispatch support as needed / required.
• Ensure that equipment is maintained to company operating standards.

Warehouse Manager Requirements:

• Experience working in a warehouse environment, ideally in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• High level of knowledge in construction and building materials preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written to team and upper management.
• Multi-tasking is an absolute must.
• Ability to think on their feet and quickly communicate solutions if problems occur.
